Helen Cunningham

Helen Cunningham grew up in Lancashire where she began as a singer, performing in Musical theatre. She worked with National Youth Music Theatre and Company Youth Music Theatre UK before studying at The Oxford School of Drama.

This led her to her love of acting which quickly transformed into a love for writing and creating too. She has written two plays, “The Queen’s Arms” and “Curating” both of which have been performed at The Drayton Arms with dark comedy as their core.

Over the last year, she has been an integral part of NewRevue, the longest running comedy show in the world. She has been part of the cast three times including the recent West End transfer. She has also been asked to direct twice — one of which was the highly coveted Christmas season and wrote material for the 2023 Edinburgh run, performed at Pleasance Courtyard - The Grand to record breaking audience numbers.

Nikoletta Soumelidis

Nikoletta is a multilingual actor, writer and director with footholds in London, Vienna, and Athens. She trained at the prestigious Drama Centre London, as well as the Boris Shchukin Institute in Moscow – both of which are known for their highly physical and rigorous training.  

Nikoletta’s work has included performances at the National Theatre, the Bush Theatre, and the Old Vic Theatre, as well as voiceovers for documentaries and advertising. 

As a writer, she champions diverse and unique storytelling, having written for theatre companies such as Maktub Theatre and Magnetic Island Theatre. 

Her first full-length play “SPENT” was Barons Court Theatre’s best-selling show at the 2024 Voila! Theatre festival and is set to transfer to venues in both England and France in 2025.  Nikoletta also works as a freelance writer, having published articles for various online publications such as Flairbox Magazine and BritishTheatre.com.
